For more than 30 years, Consolidated Electric has successfully executed a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects. We make a point to stay up to date on the latest technologies and techniques in order to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project.
A Culture of Quality
Our core business began in industrial electrical work with a concentration in hazardous sites, and we bring the care and precision we have developed in these high-stakes environments to every project we do. When you work in situations with zero room for error, where work done incorrectly could result in a catastrophe or lives lost, you develop a knack for doing things the right way the first time.
This focus and attention to detail makes us a preferred partner for general contractors who frequently ask us to join with them on projects. We routinely design and build networking systems and lighting, as well as control work, which often involves highly sophisticated instrumentation.
Skills and Equipment at the Ready
Every member of our team is trained and certified for all aspects of electrical work. This enables us to provide 24-hour maintenance of electrical systems for our clients. It also means that all of our team members on a job site have the training and experience to address any challenge that may arise. We never have to wait for a particular person to become available to move forward with a project.
In addition to readily available skilled manpower, Consolidated Electric is exceptionally well equipped for a mid-size electrical contractor. Owning and operating our own 42’ bucket truck, for instance, helps us maintain efficiency and pass on cost savings to our customers.
Our approach to plan and specification estimating is one of simplicity. We value clarity. It’s not in our nature to dazzle or confuse. We view our clients as partners, and don’t withhold information from them. We’re not afraid to point out if part of a plan seems superfluous, or if we can see a better or less expensive option. We are not always the lowest bid, placing our emphasis instead on being the most straightforward and comprehensive.
All of our staff and equipment are fully insured and bonded up to $4m. All personnel are minimum OSHA 10 certified and our safety program is approved by ISNetworld and PICS. Our EMR rating for 2015 is .85.
